Terms & Conditions
1. Promo codes can be used on all Trip.com platforms, including the app, website, and mobile site.
2. Eligibility: Only new users can receive a UK Train 20% discount, applicable to users who have never made any prior train ticket purchase for any route within UK, Italy, Spain, France and Germany on Trip.com. Promo codes are only valid when payment is GBP/EUR and the max discount is 8GBP/9EUR.
3. Promo period: Once claimed, promo codes are valid until 13 September 2026.
4. Promo codes can only be used once per user account and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code. Only one promo code can be used per email address, or account of payment.
5. Promo codes will be returned to your account if the booking is cancelled before ticket issued or if ticket issuance fails. Once a ticket is issued, promo codes are non-refundable, even if the booking is subsequently cancelled.
