Existing giffgaff mobile members who have not already purchased giffgaff broadband or prospective giffgaff broadband members who meet the eligibility criteria below will be rewarded with a £100 gift voucher when they sign up for giffgaff broadband (the Offer).
Eligibility Criteria
This Offer is available to giffgaff members who meet the eligibility criteria below:
Members must be resident in the UK and over the age of 18 at the time of this promotion
Existing giffgaff members who joined giffgaff before 22 July 2026 and have not already purchased giffgaff broadband, or prospective members who have previously registered their interest in giffgaff broadband prior to 22 July 2026, who place a broadband order with giffgaff between 23 July 2026 and 28 August 2026 (the Offer Period) and
Members must successfully activate their broadband connection and make two (2) consecutive monthly broadband payments on time.
Whats included
Members who meet the eligibility criteria above will be rewarded with a £100 gift voucher.
Eligible members with both an eligible giffgaff mobile and giffgaff broadband account will receive a maximum of one (1) £100 gift voucher in total, regardless of the number of accounts held.
Offer Redemption
Members will be emailed a link to claim their voucher alongside details on how to redeem the voucher via email within 21 days after their second successful monthly broadband payment.
Members are responsible for ensuring vouchers are used before the expiry date stated on the voucher.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the members broadband plan before the second payment will void eligibility for this offer.
Exclusions
The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be claimed on behalf of someone else. No cash or credit alternatives will be available.
To qualify for the promotion, members must make two monthly broadband payments on time. If either of these payments are missed or late, the member will no longer be eligible for the promotion.
