Inspired by Japanese design, our Nihon X30 range possesses beautiful beech wood handles, Asian inspired blade shapes and stone ground blades for a strong, sharp cutting edge.
Each blade is crafted from durable X30 Stainless steel referred to as X30Cr13. This denotes the use of 0.3% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance. The range has an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 522 ensuring effortless sharpening and durability.
A smooth and stylish beech wood handle, with an etched rear bolster for perfect balance finishes each knife and ensures a comfortable hold.
