Lazy Ace Irish Whiskey Triple Distilled For Smoothness And Double Aged For Layers Of Flavour 700ml 40% ABV

TRIPLE DISTILLED IRISH WHISKEY – making this smooth enough to sip but complex enough to mix. A delicious blend of Irish grain and malt whiskey, initially aged for 3 years in oak casks and then finished in ex rye casks for depth of flavour.
DOUBLE AGED – We take our time allowing this whiskey to sit first in ex-Bourbon barrels for a velvety mouth-feel. Think sweet vanilla, caramel, toffee, honey, and coconut notes, along with some light spice.
DEEP ALLIGATOR CHAR – A beautiful visual description of the char on the inside of these barrels. The wood is burned to a level likened to the skin of an alligator, and gives deep sweet, spicy, and smoky flavors to our whiskey.
ADDITIONAL FINISHING – This delicious whiskey finally rests in rye casks for approximately 6 months. Rye is big and bold. Finishing malt in these casks imparts bold, spicy and herbal flavours to layer on notes of orchard fruit and a spicy tail.
