Cooking Guidelines

Get hands on
For beautifully flaky layers and to avoid cracks, remove from the fridge 10 minutes before unrolling.
1. Pre-Heat your oven to 220C / 200C (fan) / Gas Mark 7 and begin to prepare your other ingredients.
2. When youre ready, remove the dough from the packaging and unroll – dont forget to leave it on the baking paper.

3. Slice into your required size and place onto your baking tray in the centre of the oven. Add your fillings and bake for about 10-15 minutes. For heavier toppings, thick dough, or a different oven type, it might need a little extra time.
