The Flagship Cuvée

History
Since 1785, Heidsieck & Co Monopole is one of Champagnes most historic houses, long admired by royalty and connoisseurs around the world. Once favoured by the Courts of Prussia, England, Sweden, and Imperial Russia, Heidsieck Monopole earned its reputation as a Champagne of distinction, elegance, and international acclaim.

Viticulture

Vinification
All our Champagnes are made using the traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of 3 years of ageing to develop depth and complexity.
