The NoMorePly Pre-Primed Tile Backing Boards are developed to strengthen timber floors before tiling and they prevent tiles and grout lines cracking by removing the bounce or deflection in timber floors caused by the weight of footfall. They are also water resistant, unlike plywood which weakens when damp. The thin profile of the boards provide the same rigidity as 18mm plywood when fixed using our mega strength adhesive and NoMorePly fibre cement board Screws. Also, it eliminates any step into a tiled area.
