About this offer
Starting Friday, October 30th at 5:00 PM. The Brazilian game that won over both critics and the public will be available for free to celebrate a new milestone in the video game industry.
Asleep is a psychological horror adventure set in the Brazilian Northeast of the 90s, and with a unique artistic look, ranging from detailed pixel art to fluid animations. Act 1 is the first episode of Ana Lúcias story, a lonely and confused girl, lost in her nightmares, and immersed in a disturbing reality.
With not much information, and a mind flirting with insanity, the player must join her to unravel what is happening in her universe, collecting clues in her sketchbook and solving puzzles. Armed only with a flashlight to illuminate the path, and wit to survive the enemies always lurking in the darkness.
Avoid staying in the dark for too long, as it will cause the protagonists sanity to deteriorate, leaving her anxious and attracting more dangers. The longer in the darkness, the more chaotic Ana Lúcias nightmares become.
Explore point-and-click mechanics to solve puzzles, flee from monsters like in classic survival horrors, and navigate the environment through Asleeps platforming elements. All while experiencing the games dark atmosphere by exploring the highly detailed 2D environments developed in pixel art.
And more:
Travel between two versions of the games universe, encountering an even darker and more hostile side of it
Collect documents, items, and clues to unravel the dark mysteries of the plot
Dense narrative with some choices and collectibles that can unlock secret memories
Story divided into chapters, with Act 1 being the first part of the game – Act 2 now available as DLC
