If youre after a gaming monitor that keeps up with fast-paced action without the usual lag or blur, this HP Omen is worth a look. Its got a 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time with Overdrive, which means every frame keeps up with whats happening on screen, whether youre mid-match or racing through a level. The Full HD IPS panel gives you solid colour and clarity, with good brightness and contrast, so it looks decent from most angles and you get proper visibility in darker scenes.
It comes with AMD FreeSync Premium technology to smooth out screen tearing and stuttering, which makes a noticeable difference when things get hectic. The stands adjustable and tiltable, so you can set it up how you want, and theres built-in cable management to keep your desk tidy. You get 2 HDMI ports and 1 DisplayPort, so you can hook up a gaming PC, console or work setup all at once. Its VESA mountable if youd rather put it on the wall, and the design looks smart enough to fit in whether youre gaming or working. Comes with a years manufacturers guarantee.
