How It Works
Buy a qualifying Google Pixel
Buy a qualifying Google Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL or Pixel 11 Pro Fold from a participating retailer between 23 September 2026 – 13 October 2026 .
Wait
You must wait 14 days after purchasing your product before you can submit your claim.
Make sure to keep hold of your receipt or invoice in the meantime.
Submit your claim
Once the wait period is over, submit your claim for your reward no later than 27 November 2026. The day after purchase counts as day 1.
When submitting your claim, youll just need to provide the following:
Purchase date
Retailer
Device details and IMEI1/serial number
IMEI1/serial number image
Personal details
Proof of purchase
Address
You will be able to select the colour of your reward as part of your claim. The Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 come in the following colours:

We check your claim
Our team will check to make sure that we have everything we need to process your claim. Well let you know by email whether your claim has been approved within 5 working days.
Get your Reward
Once your claim has been approved, your Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 will be sent to the details you submitted during the claim form within 30 days. In some cases it may take up to 60 days to receive your reward.
