1. Double value on Nectar points when spent on Merlin Entertainment products and experiences is available until 14th of September or once 100,000 number of Merlin Entertainment products and experience have been purchased with Nectar Points , whichever is sooner.
2. Use of Nectar points at Merlin Entertainments
Nectar points can be spent on eligible Merlin Entertainments products and experiences only, including but not limited to attraction tickets, Annual Passes, and other experiences as displayed on the Merlin checkout process. See clause 6 below for excluded products. Eligible products, attractions, dates and availability are subject to capacity controls and may vary by attraction and time period. Merlin Entertainments reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute eligible products at any time without prior notice.
3. How to spend Nectar points
Customers may spend Nectar points, or a combination of cash and Nectar points, when purchasing eligible products on the Merlin website merlinpartners.co.uk/nects/ via the designated Nectar checkout journey. Customers must have a minimum of 250 Nectar points available to be spent on Merlin Entertainments products.
Points cannot be spent at Merlin attractions onsite. Merlin attraction teams are unable to apply Nectar points retrospectively, manually, or against completed purchases.
4. Point value and promotional enhancements
The value of Nectar points when spent with Merlin Entertainments will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase confirmation. From time to time, promotional enhancements to the redemption value of Nectar points (for example, increased redemption value promotions) may be offered. Any such promotions are subject to agreement between Nectar and Merlin Entertainments and remain subject to Merlin Entertainments availability and capacity controls.
Promotional enhancements may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
5. Realtime point value display
The value of your Nectar points, including any promotional enhancements, will be shown during the checkout process on the Merlin website: Merlin Attractions Nectar Points
6. Eligibility and redemption process
To spend Nectar points, customers must be at least 18 years old and have a Nectar account, enter their Nectar account details during checkout and follow the required authentication process. Nectar points cannot be redeemed retrospectively against completed purchases.
7. Exclusions
Unless explicitly stated during checkout, Nectar points cannot be redeemed for:
In-attraction purchases, including food, beverages, retail merchandise or photography products
Hotel or accommodation bookings (unless displayed as eligible)
Gift cards, vouchers or any products not explicitly shown as redeemable with Nectar points
Fasttrack products, or other capacity-managed add-ons
Any purchase made outside the specified online checkout flow attraction purchases (food, merchandise, photography, etc.)
8. Cancellations, refunds and changes
Where refunds are permitted, the portion paid in Nectar points will be refunded in Nectar points at the original redemption rate.
Merlin and Nectar reserve the right to refuse or reverse redemptions in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or technical error.
9. Changes to the partnership
Merlin Entertainments and Nectar reserve the right to amend, vary, suspend or terminate the ability to spend Nectar points with Merlin at any time without prior notice. Neither party shall be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such change, suspension or termination.

Merlin Entertainments may process personal data submitted during the booking process in accordance with its privacy policy. Nectar account information will be processed in accordance with the Nectar privacy policy. Each party is responsible for the handling of personal data it collects.
