About the film:

1. To apply for tickets, users must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise stated, select the location, date and time they wish to attend, provide accurate contact details and confirm their booking. Only one booking per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent bookings.
2. Tickets are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis via the Booking Website.
3. Travel, accommodation, food and drink, spending money or any other hospitality are not included as part of this reward. Users must be available to attend the screening in the location and on the date and time they select.
4. Users who successfully claim tickets must open and print the ticket containing a valid booking number and take it to the cinema on the day of the film preview at the time given.
5. The Promoter takes no responsibility and will not be liable for any delay in booking confirmation emails being received. Users are responsible for providing a valid email address, ensuring that they are able to receive emails from the Promoter, checking their junk or spam folders and checking their inbox regularly. The Promoter accepts no liability where communications are not received due to inaccurate contact details, mailbox restrictions, spam filtering or other issues outside its reasonable control.
6. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee entry. In the event of an insufficiency of seats due to the Promoter standard overbooking policy to account for no-shows, or a change in the size of the cinema screen, entry will be granted to ticket holders on a first come, first served basis. Ticket holders will not be able to hold spaces for guests and entry will only be granted once all guests have arrived.
7. Unless otherwise stated, a maximum of two tickets are redeemable per user. Should a user exceed this maximum, the Promoter reserves the right to revoke tickets without notice.
8. No cash alternative.
9. No late admittance.
10. Cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the cinema manager is final.
11. In the event of a film preview being cancelled, changed or relocated without prior notice, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, allocate tickets to the next suitable film preview at the nearest suitable cinema. No form of compensation, financial or otherwise, will be given.
12. Should a film preview be overbooked, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, allocate tickets to the next suitable film preview at the nearest suitable cinema. No form of compensation, financial or otherwise, will be given.
13. Sound recording, video recording and photography equipment are not permitted in the auditorium and, in some instances, may be confiscated upon entry.
14. Each film has its own age restriction. Where this is known at the time of booking, the age restriction will be displayed during the booking process. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they meet any applicable age restriction and to confirm this with the cinema where necessary.
15. Tickets are for the use of the user only. Emailing or forwarding tickets, sharing personal login details or passwords, photocopying tickets and printing multiple copies of tickets are strictly prohibited. Users found to be in breach of this condition may be barred from using the Booking Website.
16. Tickets may not under any circumstances be resold or transferred for financial or any other material gain.
17. Young children and babies are admitted to U and PG certificate films at the discretion of the cinema manager, provided that they are accompanied by an adult, do not cause a disturbance and have their own ticket. Where a child and their guardian are removed from the cinema, no refund or compensation will be given.
18. Tickets must be booked no later than 23:59 on the day before the film preview date.
19. The Promoter will send transactional communications only by email and/or SMS unless the user actively opts in to receive invitations, offers and other promotions. Transactional communications relate directly to the users actions on the website or to an event the user has booked and not cancelled. Transactional communications include: (a) booking confirmations (b) waiting list confirmations (c) reminders (d) ticket cancellations (e) password resets (f) feedback requests and (g) event information updates.
20. Free tickets remain at all times the property of the Promoter.
21. The Promoter may revoke all tickets, terminate a users account and prohibit future access where it reasonably believes that tickets have been obtained or attempted to be obtained by fraudulent or unfair means, including hacking, automated systems, duplication, alteration or misuse of tickets or any attempt to interfere with the Booking Website.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to revoke or cancel tickets at any time.
