You must wait 14 days after purchasing your product before you can submit your claim.

Submit your claim
Once the wait period is over, submit your claim for your reward no later than 18 December 2026. The day after purchase counts as day 1.
When submitting your claim, youll just need to provide the following:

Device details and IMEI1/serial number

Personal details
Proof of purchase
Address
You will be able to select the colour of your reward as part of your claim. The Google Pixel Buds 2a come in the following colours:

Please note: Colour choices are dependent on availability.
We check your claim
Our team will check to make sure that we have everything we need to process your claim. Well let you know by email whether your claim has been approved within 5 working days.
Get your Reward
Once your claim has been approved, your Google Pixel Buds 2a will be sent to the details you submitted during the claim form within 30 days. In some cases it may take up to 60 days to receive your reward.
