Rated 5 ATM under ISO 22810:2010, the watch can be worn during shallow water activities such as swimming in a pool or along the coast. It is not suitable for hot showers, saunas, or diving activities. Nylon straps are not recommended for swimming.

Bluetooth 5.2 supports calls with the built in speaker and microphone. NFC is available on the Grey version for contactless payments. The rotating crown and side button provide intuitive navigation. The watch works with Android 8.0 or later and iOS 13.0 or later.

Usage Instructions
Initial Setup: Charge the watch using the included wireless charging cradle. Download the Huawei Health app from your app store. Open the app, create an account or log in, and follow the in app instructions to pair the watch via Bluetooth.
Wearing and Fit: Wear the watch on your wrist with a comfortable but secure fit. The purple version fits wrists 120 to 190 mm. The grey, white, and black versions fit wrists 130 to 210 mm. Select the strap material that suits your activity. Nylon straps are breathable for daily wear but not for swimming. Fluoroelastomer straps are ideal for workouts and water activities.
Daily Use and Health Tracking: Navigate the interface using the rotating crown and side button. The watch automatically tracks steps, heart rate, and sleep. Start a workout from the exercise menu and the built in GNSS will track your route without your phone. Enable message notifications to receive alerts from your paired phone.
Charging: Place the watch on the wireless charging cradle. Use a power adapter that meets 5V 9V DC at 2A. The watch uses wireless charging so no metal contacts need cleaning. Keep the cradle dry
