Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook – From Chilled. Pre-Heat oven to Gas Mark 5, 190C, 375F, Fan Assisted 180C. Medium Season the meat, place in a roasting tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes per 500g, plus 30 minutes. Well Done Extend cooking time until cooked to preference. Once cooked cover and keep warm, allow to rest for 15-20 minutes before carving. These instructions are given only as a guide.
