Usage Instructions
Setup: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will enter pairing mode automatically. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select Bose QuietComfort Earbuds from the list of available devices to complete the pairing process.
Fit Adjustment: Try each of the included eartip and stability band sizes to find the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears. A proper fit is essential for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation performance.
Noise Control: Tap and hold the touch control on either earbud to switch between Quiet Mode (full noise cancellation) and Aware Mode (lets ambient sound in). You can also toggle to Off mode in the app.
Battery Charging: Place the earbuds into the charging case to charge. Connect the included USB C cable to the case and a compatible USB power source. The case provides wireless charging capability for the earbuds. Power adaptor is not included.
App Download: Download the Bose QCE App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for adjustable EQ, touch control customisation, remote selfie capability and firmware updates.
Multipoint Connection: To switch between devices, simply pause audio on one device and start playing on another. The earbuds will automatically switch to the active device.
