Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook – From Chilled :
200C / 400C / Fan 180C / Gas 6, 20 mins
Preheat oven. Place the burgers on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook, turning halfway through cooking.
Grill – From Chilled :
Medium / 20 mins
Place the burgers under a preheated grill. Turn regularly.
Barbecue – From Chilled :
Grill, oven cook or air-fry as suggested above, then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned, turning frequently to give a chargrilled effect. Always wait for the flames to die down and the coals to turn white before cooking.
Air Fry – From Chilled :
200C , 10 mins
Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per 4 burgers (454g).
Preheat the air-fryer. Place the burgers in the air-fryer and cook. Ensure spread out in a single layer. Equipment must be cleaned after every use.
