Taj Crushed Ginger / Garlic 400g is a frozen cooking ingredient made from 100% pure ginger / garlic with no added preservatives, artificial flavours, or additives. It is individually portioned into frozen cubes, with each cube roughly equivalent to one teaspoon of fresh ginger / garlic, eliminating the need for peeling, grating, or chopping
Storage: Keep frozen at -18C or below.
Chicken Bhuna (Serves 2): Fry 2 chopped onions in 3 tbsp oil. Melt 2 Taj Ginger cubes 2 garlic cubes into it. Stir in 1 tsp each of cumin, coriander, chili, and ½ tsp turmeric. Add 500g chicken and 1 can tomatoes. Simmer for 15 mins until the sauce is thick. Top with garam masala. Pairs with naan.
