Energy demand usually spikes around tea-time, which means the system often has to fire up more gas plants to meet high demand.
If you can use less electricity at those times, well reward you with a Weekend Happy Hour after two sessions, and Octopoints after every session (which you can exchange for real credit off your bill).
Dont turn anything essential off alway stay safe and comfortable but try to shift laundry, cooking and other non-essential power use. More tips here.
