Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook – From Ambient. 1 Preheat your oven to 210C (190C fan).
2 Add four chicken breasts (around 500g) to the bag with the seasoning and give it a little shake so everythings evenly coated.
3 Fold the open edge of the bag twice so its creased, pop it flat on a baking tray (with the fold facing down) and onto the bottom rack of your oven.
4 Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
Hot tip
Use the juices as a gravy and pour over your chicken and sides. Even better, add a drizzle of your favourite PERI-PERI Sauce on the side.
