Stagecoach, the UKs leading bus and coach operator, is once again honouring the countrys Armed Forces community by offering free travel across its network for serving military, service families, veterans and cadets during Armed Forces Day weekend, on 27 and 28 June.
The free travel initiative part of Stagecoachs ongoing commitment to the Armed Forces will apply to all Stagecoach bus services across the UK, excluding services operated by Megabus, Transport for London (TfL), and the Bee Network.
To access free travel:
Serving military should wear uniform or present a valid military ID card.
Veterans should present a veterans badge or military medal.
This initiative builds on Stagecoachs tradition of offering free travel to military and veterans on Remembrance Day and Remembrance Sunday.
The commitment is supported by the companys Veterans Network a colleague-led group established to give veterans and service family members at Stagecoach a platform to connect, raise awareness, and help influence the business in becoming a more inclusive and supportive employer.
Stagecoach was also awarded the prestigious Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award in 2024, which further recognises the operators commitment to the armed forces and wider communities.
