How to Cancel or Manage Recurring Billing:
Payment Method Notice: A valid credit/debit card or PayPal account must be attached during registration to activate the monthly billing.
Turn Off Recurring Billing: To avoid unexpected long-term charges or to stop the subscription, sign in to your personal Microsoft Account Dashboard.
Manage Subscription: Locate your active Microsoft 365 Personal plan and click on the Manage link.
Turn Off Automation: Select Turn off recurring billing and follow the prompts to confirm. Your subscription features will remain active and usable until your current paid billing period expires.
