firstly, this is in stock, delivery from monday 13th july
secondly, its propane, so no F-gas installer needed, you can DIY
thirdly, it doesnt have an outside unit, so although you do need some tools to drill a couple of massive holes through your wall to install it, it will be a lot easier and tidier to install than a split unit
i havent seen anything like this posted on there either.
