How do I cancel
After ordering the free trial you have 21 days to decide whether healthy coffee is for you before it converts to a paid subscription.
If you cancel within 21 days your subscription will not be activated and you wont pay a penny.
Here are two easy ways you can cancel:
1. Visit our website anytime and log into your account. You can cancel (or change anything at all) yourself within a few clicks.
Once in your account click Manage Subscriptions. Then choose which subscription you want to cancel and click Manage This Subscription. Then the Cancel Subscription button is at the bottom of the page. Thats all, three clicks
2. We send you a reminder email before your subscription renews and you can access your account from in there to change anything at all.
Note – if you check out as a guest your email wont be recognised if you try to log into your account and you will need to click Create an Account.) Order before 5pm Mon-Sat for same day dispatch. UK free trials sent Royal Mail 24 hour – RM24. In 90% of UK cases they arrive the next day. But please allow up to 1 week as its in the Royal Mails hands. Free trials fit nicely through your letterbox so dont worry if you wont be in.
