With this you can run 4 monitors from a single usb port. I have 2 of these and they will both work with most pcs or laptops. I run 2 of these powering 8 monitors from an 11 year old laptop (I have even run them using a USB hub into a single USB port on that laptop). OK its not gaming quality as its on 1920x1080p but it is perfect for almost all office work. I love these so much that I have just ordered a 3rd one and will see if I can power some more monitors.
