The benefits of 5090/6000 Blackwell is the 1.8TB/s memory bandwidth. The bandwidth is what controls the token/sec speed, whilst vram capacity controls how big a model you can run.
The Macs unified memory is the sweet spot offering upto 800gb/s but getting you upto 128GB memory (although no longer available).
The sparks memory bandwidth wasnt very good (edited)
