A psu thats actually quiet unlike many quiet psu (Im looking at you strangely loud corsair quiet psus)
A psu that will make you paranoid that the fan isnt running because its so quiet, a psu that passes the syst3mzero autistic sound sensitive test (its a very high bar smart/usb plugs, psu, supposedly quiet fans, and pc case fans that arent noctua often get sent back) you make a thing and call it quiet it best be because I have high expectations for quiet.
