Returns period
Excluding business customers, you can return any new, unused device or accessory bought in store, over the phone or online for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase (30 days for Home Broadband). Exchanges for a different make or model may incur a charge. If youve taken out a SIM only plan in store, over the phone or online, you can also change your mind within 14 days. Contact our returns team on 0333 338 1003 (if you are a mobile broadband customer) or 0333 338 1001 (for everything else). Please keep your delivery note, and any collection receipts you have from collecting in store. Youll need these.
If you are a business customer, you can return any new, unused device or accessory bought online or over the phone for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase (30 days for Business Broadband). Except for Business Broadband or device(s) and/or accessories which you have agreed, as part of your instore purchase, to be sent to you separately), if you bought a SIM only plan, device or accessory from a Three Store and you change your mind, youll be unable to return or exchange it. Additionally, regardless of route of purchase, the 14 day returns/exchange period does not apply to: (i) upgrades or (ii) change of plan, including a change from a Three consumer plan to a Three business plan.
