Space Grunts 2 is a turn-based, top-down roguelike where battles and interactions are handled using your deck of cards.
Every game is uniquely generated from building blocks, so no two levels or sessions are the same. As you progress, you collect weapons, shields and other items for your inventory and each item becomes a card in your deck.
You build your deck as you go. Dont want certain cards Dont pick them up. When you encounter aliens, battles are resolved through quick card fights depending on who attacks first.
The game also randomly generates events, alternate routes and effects, giving each mission a different feel. Features include endless variation, a unique card/inventory system, unlockable trinkets, permanent buff cards and passive cards earned through progression.
