Doorlys 5 YO is a true expression of classic Barbados aged rum. Aged for 5 years in ex-Bourbon casks on Barbados and bottled without any sweetener or flavourings added
Amber, with a complex, dried tropical fruit nose. A vibrant entry leads to an evolving palate of fruit, toasted coconut and oak notes. Finishes with a fruity sweetness and warmth, but has a balanced lingering taste with a butternut vanilla finish.
A versatile rum for mixing or sipping. Great in a long drink with ginger ale, or used as the base for cocktails
Aged for a minimum of 5 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels
