Excellent fan and I was happy to pay £14 for it, so its an even better bargain at £11.89 (the pink version is still £14). It has a USBC (male) connector that plugs directly into your smartphone or power bank. I recently took it on a European trip and it was super useful while trudging around non-aircon historic buildings and museums. Four power levels and I only really used level 2 or level 3. Im still using it every day on my way to work on the hot train. It can be a little loud, but barely audible over the din of my train. It comes with a useful lanyard that can attach it to a messenger bag or similar.
