How to use

After installing the batteries, setting the date, time and user:
Apply the cuff:
After removing all jewellery from your left arm, expose the skin by removing your clothing or rolling your sleeve up. Make sure your sleeve is not too tight.
Holding your arm with your palm facing up, fasten the cuff 2 to 3cm above the inside elbow on your upper arm, and align the artery indicator with the main artery on the inside of your arm. You can locate this by pressing two fingers approximately 2cm above the inside of your elbow, where the pulse is strongest.
Start the Measurement:
1. To begin a measurement, with the monitor off, press the START/STOP button. The measurement will begin automatically, and the cuff will start to inflate.
2. If an irregular pulse rate is detected, the heart symbol will display in the measurement result.
3. If excessive movement is detected, the hand symbol will flash for about 5 seconds, detect again, and disappear if resolved. If movement is still detected, the icon will appear in the final measurement result.
4. Remain still until the entire measurement is complete. Do not talk. After the measurement is finished, the cuff will deflate, and a final reading shown on the display panel.
5. Press the START/STOP button to power off, otherwise it will automatically turn off after 1 minute.
