Our Good as new devices have been returned to us within the standard 14-day cooling-off period, usually because someone simply changed their mind. Theyve been used so little theyre practically brand new, and have never been sent in for repair.

The device inside the box will be in excellent condition, showing little to no signs of use, though some may have the faintest marks or fine scratches. The outer box may show minor wear or small rips, but your device inside will look and perform like new.
