1. This reward is only available to Sky customers residing in the UK (excluding the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) age 18, who have successfully joined the Sky VIP Programme, including employees of Sky UK Ltd and associated companies. Customers must have access to a smartphone and the My Sky app to participate in this promotion.
2. This reward entitles customers to apply for one digital coupon per promotion that can be exchanged for one complimentary pack of Sainsburys Taste the Difference muffins from a participating Sainsburys Superstore, per household (your household is the billing address for your Sky account).
3. Digital coupons will be issued through the My Sky app and must be redeemed within 7 days from the promotion going live (the redemption window) this expiry date will be clearly displayed on the coupon. Coupons are redeemable at participating Sainsburys Superstores and are subject to the availability of eligible products at those locations. Check local Superstore opening times before redeeming. This promotion excludes Sainsburys Local stores, petrol stations and online purchases.
4. Coupons are allocated weekly on a first-come, first-serve basis and volumes are subject to availability. Customers can apply for a food reward coupon as soon as the promotion goes live in the My Sky app on a Wednesday. The promotion will remain live until 11:59pm the following Monday or until all coupons have been claimed for that week (whichever comes first). The Promoter accepts no liability if customers are unsuccessful in applying for a coupon where the demand exceeds the number of available coupons.
5. Customers have until Sainsburys Superstores close on the following Tuesday to redeem their complimentary food item in store. Check local Superstore opening times before redeeming.
6. Redemption instructions: Only the original digital coupon (screenshots will not be accepted) can be used to redeem the food reward described in the promotion, at all participating Sainsburys Superstores (see clause 7). Once activated, the digital coupon will be valid for 60 minutes. Customers should only activate the coupon when ready to redeem the food item in-store within 60 minutes. After activation, customers have 60 minutes to scan both the food item and digital coupon at the till in order to successfully redeem the item at no extra cost. After 60 minutes, the coupon will expire and will no longer be valid or accepted.
7. The promotion is valid at UK Sainsburys Superstores only, and excludes Sainsburys Local stores, petrol stations and online purchases.
8. Due to restrictions imposed by the application platform provider, customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man will not be able to redeem this reward and there is no alternative reward available for customers that live in those excluded regions.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, free trial, or promotion through Sainsburys or any other third-party provider. Prices include VAT.
10. This offer cannot be resold, returned, transferred or exchanged for cash.
