Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions – General :
Remove all packaging before cooking. Wash before use.
Check product is piping hot before serving.

Hob – From Ambient :
15-20 Mins
Cut any larger potatoes into half and place in a pan of boiling water reducing the heat slightly for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain thoroughly before serving.
Toast – From Ambient :
200C, 400F, Fan 180C, Gas 6, 60 Mins
Brush a roasting tin with oil, then place the tray in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until the oil is sizzling hot. Remove the tin from the oven and spoon potatoes into the sizzling oil, gently turning them to ensure they are well coated. Return to the oven and roast, uncovered for 35-40 minutes until lightly golden. Sprinkle over some coriander and garlic, turning the potatoes to make sure they are well coated. Return to the oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes until crisp and golden.
Storage
At home, potatoes will keep fresher for longer if stored in the fridge, or in a cool, dry, dark place. Warmth encourages sprouting and light causes potatoes to turn green.
