Preparation and Usage
Remove all packaging, discarding absorbent pad and rest at room temperature for 20 minutes prior to roasting.
Oven
Instructions: Instructions: 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6 Place the beef joint in a roasting tin and lightly season. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. For a medium roast cook for the recommended time on the front label (6 minutes 30 seconds per 100g). A medium roast will be pink in the middle. For a well done roast cook for 9 minutes per 100g. Baste with cooking juices occasionally during roasting. Remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Remove strings, carve and serve.
Storage
Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by use by date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge.Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by use by date shown.
