Will probably get shot down as its still expensive compared to Whey but its usually around £20. Only reason Ive ordered this is trying to find a vegan protien powder which doesnt include Soy is pretty hard these days. I find soy gives me side effects and messes my skin up. This is just Pea ane Rice protien. Taste wise Im not going to lie its a little sickly sweet so you have to mix it with a lot of water. Milk is even better or a milk alternative. Which does the job. One serving offers quite a lot of protien so Id probably half that too if using it with milk to easily get 20g per serving.
Only reason for buying it is I need to increase my protien intake and one of these a day should help. Whey messes up my gut and even Huel has started causing me issues.
