Im just doing my bit to build on the good work done by nihir in creating the newspaper deal Sa_We for sharing the signup page (which is locked to express online subscribers).
Step 1: Click on the deal link (or here).

Step 2: Fill out the form
Step 3: Receive your barcode email (or simply use this)
This is the barcode you will receive via e-mail. This is not unique, everyone gets the same barcode, its the same one that appears on the print papers too. Its been the same barcode for a while (past vouchers…).
Step 4: Add it to your Apple/Google Wallet, Samsung Pass etc.
This step is optional.
