Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook – From Chilled :
200C/400F/Fan 180C/Gas 6, 25 minutes.
Remove all packaging. Preheat the oven. Place wings on a baking tray and spread out evenly. Place tray in the centre of a preheated oven and cook.
Barbecue – From Chilled :
BBQ Oven cook as suggested then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned, turning frequently to give a chargrilled effect. Always wait for the flames to die down and the coals to turn white before cooking.

This product is raw and must be cooked. To avoid cross contamination always ensure utensils and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before and after use. Dispose of packaging carefully. Wash hands thoroughly after handling raw poultry and packaging. Upon opening a faint smell is released from the pack. This is normal and will disappear when the meat is exposed to the air.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
