Cooking Guidelines
Steam – From Ambient :

Steam until tender.
Oven cook – From Ambient :
Roast
200C, 400F, Fan 180C, Gas 6, 45 Mins
Preheat oven. Evenly coat with vegetable oil. Roast.
Turn the potatoes halfway through.
Microwave – From Ambient :
700W 10-11 Mins
900W 8-9 Mins
Place half a pack in a microwavable container with 140ml/1/4 pint of water. Cover and vent. Cook on full power, stirring halfway through cooking. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Drain and serve.

Wash before use. Cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces.
