The Arena Racing Company Free Ticket Offer (the Offer) is a ticket promotion organised byArena Leisure Racing Limited (the Promoter) at the following racecourses (each aRacecourse): Bath, Brighton, Chepstow, Doncaster, Ffos Las, Fontwell, Great Yarmouth,Lingfield Park, Hereford, Newcastle, Sedgefield, Southwell, Uttoxeter, Windsor, Wolverhamptonand Worcester. The Offer is open to UK and Irish residents only, who are aged 18 years and over.
2. The Offer is only open to agreed members of selected ticket partners (the Member) who,upon logging in to their accounts with the ticket partners, select free tickets on the link providedon the portal when selecting the tickets.
3. Each Member may select up to a maximum of two free tickets for any of the Racecourse fixturesparticipating in the offer listed in appendix 1.
4. Employees/personnel of the Promoter, Promoters group companies, Promoters retailers andagencies are not eligible to enter the Offer.
5. Limits for the total number of discounted tickets per each raceday are at the sole discretion ofeach Racecourse and are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis to Members who book inadvance. For the avoidance of doubt, no tickets will be provided to Members who book a Racedayon the specific Date.
6. The tickets discounts are as agreed with individual ticket partners and are non-exchangeable,non-transferable, non-endorsable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoterretains the right to substitute the tickets with another offer of similar value in the event the originaltickets offered are not available.
7. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer made available by The Promoter or theagreed ticket partner.
8. The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected messages, unavailable networkconnections, failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, online failures,hardware, software or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt orentrants ability to participate in the Offer or if any racing or any other event applicable to the Offeris cancelled for any reason or any circumstances affecting a Members ability to claim the ticketsfor any Event of Force Majeure. Event of Force Majeure means: a fire, flood, lightning, storm,earthquake or other similar geological or metrological event or condition or Act of God, nationalemergency, diseases, epidemic, pandemic, war, act of terrorism, riot or criminal act or damage,strike, lockout or other industrial action not involving the Promoters employees (to the extentsuch failure is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter) or any other event beyond thecontrol of the Promoter. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that any disruption caused by theoutbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) or similar diseases (such as the temporary or permanentclosure of the venues) shall constitute an Event of Force Majeure.
9. The Member consents to the use of their name, for advertising or publicity purposes withoutadditional compensation. The entrants personal information will be treated in accordance withthe Privacy Policy accessible on arenaracingcompany.co.uk/pricy. Fromtime to time, if the Member has opted in for such communication preferences, the Promoter andits group companies may send to the entrant details of their products, services (and those of selected marketing partners) and/or offers. The Member can unsubscribe from this informationservice at any time, by clicking on unsubscribe at the bottom of the relevant email or bycontacting the Promoter.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to rescind and stop the Offer at any time, without anycompensation being available to Members.
12. Anyone who has already purchased tickets for one of the named Fixtures will not be eligiblefor a refund or able to exchange their previously purchased tickets. All entrants are limited toone pair of tickets per customer in total for one Fixture only. If you have successfully applied fora Fixture and been allocated tickets, you will not be eligible to be selected for subsequentFixtures. A valid email address is required to enter the Promotion and to redeem the tickets.
13. Free ticket recipients are required to provide proof of identity on entrance to the Fixturevenue, alongside the e-tickets provided under that same name.
14. There is the option to subscribe to newsletters, this is not mandatory and where you do notsubscribe, your information will only be used for entry into the promotion and the racecourseevent and will not be used for marketing purposes.
15. The offer is as stated and does not include travel, expenses or parking (unless stated) andyou must make your own travel arrangements. There is no cash alternative to this offer, ticketsare not for resale.
16. Only those named on the e-ticket, with matching proof of identity will be permitted entranceto the Racecourse and the Racecourse team reserve all rights to refuse entry.
17. Once redeemed, e- tickets cannot be exchanged for alternative events or dates. All e-ticketsmust be used on the date and times and for the event as detailed on the e-tickets.
18. Horseracing is subject to weather. So please check the relevant racecourse website orsocial media channels for updates before travelling.
19. Should the fixture be cancelled, transferred or abandoned, tickets wont be valid for analternative date, free ticket recipients are not eligible for refunds for the value of the ticket.
