It might help to have an existing UK Prime account to make the free trial offer appear. For me I have an active UK student account.
1. Use the Prime UK app signed in to your UK account as normal.
2. Select the profile icon at the bottom left.
3. Top right of the screen change it from the UK flag EN to US (Amazon.)
4. The app will change to the US region.
